Realist or no realist the very reason we have been dragged through the court system is by no choice of AVQ but the legal systems doing, SMM was riding this out to see us go broke and if it wasn't for Bergen and Drake we all would not be holding shares us we would have no company.

I believe the chances of us settling before court are very slim but do not rule out as the game changes weekly, I don't believe SMM thought we would last the four years or two for that matter.
