Hi bmwgirl,
I guess there are two groups here:
- one that has a short term view and wants to make a couple of $ as quickly as possible. I guess any sudden share price movements are good for you as you will be trading in and out. In that case, the lack of any hype induced share price movements as seen a couple months ago, are of course not welcome;
- one that has a long term view, where the outcome of the court case is vital; we hope for a win and a decent share price increase. I have to say that I belong to this group. Therefore, any sudden share price movements don't bother or excite me that much. I want the big share price increase after a court case win or some other favourable outcome.
I am not saying that your strategy is right or wrong, but I'd say that our views or expectations or somewhat different. Most people on this forum have become familiar "faces" over the last year or so, so I guess they have also been waiting for a trial outcome. In this case any share price movement before 14/10/2013 should not be that relevant.
