no company farm has ever been able to compete with family farms and no Government run farm has ever lasted. It is an absolute fallacy to suggest family farmers are "raping " the land.From my experience it is the city owned farms that do that.Family farmers want to pass on a better farm than they started with. These foreign Gov buyers are not buying to make a profit,but to access food ,that would otherwise be provided by Aust farmers.They do not care if they run at a loss as it will just mean they will pay no tax.
