re: rights issue/takeover??? I second that.............this is rubbish! We as shareholders take the huge risks,give these people our money to successfully develop this therapy and just as it's about to take off and realise its full potential we have a US company come in and take it away from us at MARKET PRICE!!

This offer requires 90% acceptance and unless the target statement tells me something drastic I don't already know then I will reject this offer.
