DTE's predicament wrt share price decline was due mostly to circumstances out of its control. In the first instance, CSG industry sentiment fading and then the NSW government's incompetence.

Take a look at what has happened to MEL's sp, a company focused on NSW CSG. Take note of other listed CSG companies. All of them have tanked because the industry sentiment isn't what it was 3 years ago.

Credit to Dart for having the foresight to purchase the UK assets before the hype.

IMO NHC is attempting gain control of a company on the cheap and I hope it doesn't happen.
