A very well known brand of anti inflammatory gave me a stomach ulcer that required hospitalisation. My job being physical and permanent back damage from a car accident resulted in me taking this daily, often on an empty stomach and it literally burned a hole in my stomach lining. Found out the hard way that 'it might upset your stomach' has very dire consequences. Also found out from an ex nurse that the profession were trying to have this product listed as prescription only as far back as the 70's because of this. Don't get me wrong Ibuprofen is a very effective pain reliever/anti inflammatory but when you are bleeding internally.....
