Rather odd that they would buy more of something that is "available for sale" after writing it down.

NHC operates as a investment company as well as an owner.
All I know is I own DTE shares.
NHC is buying more DTE shares.
NHC now wants control of the board.

I really couldn't give a rats about anything they might say to the contrary because their actions tell me they want my shares or at least control of the company.
