    JR ,

" I want to thank some of the people on this thread for giving me some insight into the range and scope of property investment out there, as well as some of the prevailing attitudes, as this is one of the most important aspects of estimating future market sentiment in any asset class."

I've been reading your exchange with UT with interest .

I think maybe the comment you've made here about prevailing attitudes could also be applied to yourself .

Your repeated mentioning of people with 100+ properties and fat pigs with their snouts in the trough preventing the average person from attaining property ownership seems to have a bit of a theme to it for mine.

Unless I'm mistaken , no one on here has suggested that they are in that type of position . More than likely they are average punters that may have a couple of extra properties . Going on ABS figures , probably the vast majority of rental property owners as opposed to the few who are fortunate enough to own 100+ .

I have no problem with people having different views on property ( or anything ) but your view seems to have a heavy socialist tinge to it . Nothing wrong with that if that's the case but it probably should be addressed on another forum I think . :^)
