The A/R says we have a "cash resource" of $4.9 mil at the time of writing. If it is a true "resource" it would be net. If it is encumbered by debt it is not entirely a resource. It should also have taken into account other cash movements since 30 June.
I do not know whether or not our board is into misleading reports but I sure hope they are giving a clear and honest picture. I expect there are penalties for deliberate misleading statements.
