During the early days of CSG, AOE merged with CH4(?) and if I remember correctly Shaun Scott was either an executive director or CEO of CH4. The parcel of shares held by NHC in CH4 was sold by Macquarie Bank to NHC who continued to hold in AOE after the merger. The other four directors were either founders of AOE or new.
