Many of the "offences" you post reflect basic human values and apply anywhere in the world. Singapore learnt long ago that the best way to modify the behaviour of their citizens was through the hip pocket nerve and it has had remarkable effect. With each new generation the required behaviour will become a normal part of their lives and these regulations will become long forgotten laws like many of our own laws that are still on the books but never used.
