    Radio silence from DTE directors.

    I haven't been in a company when a spill has been called for by a major shareholder.

    What's the usual response from the company?
    Do they release a statement refuting the claim similar to a target's statement in an official takeover?

    Perhaps they are keeping their powder dry with some pending announcements?

    Thoughts?
