We dont get 380Kt/a of SR we get 360Ktpa of ilmneite. The ilmenite (say 58% TiO2)sells for my best guess $170/t. We ship some of that ilmenite to Norway and turn it into pig iron + 80% TiO2 slag. That is then sold to be turned into white pigment via the Chloride or Sulphate routes. If the uprade goes ahead most ot the ilmentie will be turned inot 80% TiO2 Slag via MDL parent company.
