I raised the same concern in my previous post.
ASIC "... the prospectus does not disclose commitments.... nor does it indicate whether the directors intend to take up their full entitlement under the Offer".
As I said before if directors will not avg down take up their full entitlement under the offer, to me that's very clear indication directors are getting you to subsidize their losses through salary payments.
