Recruitment of the new CEO is taking this long not because of a lack of candidates but rather because there have been so many eager to put their hands up. Somewhere in the region of 20 I am told. The shortlisting process is continuing and the company anticipates we’ll have a new CEO in the not too distant future. That there have been so many experienced people who are interested in leading Phosphagenics forward reflects well on the industry’s view of the science I would argue.
