Further to my letter of the 11th July, 2013, on the abovementioned matter, I wish to inform you that the Senate Economics References Committee has accepted my submission to the Senate Inquiry into the Performance of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, sitting in October, 2013. A copy advising of my submission’s inclusion in the Senate Inquiry is attached.

In my submission I have made strong reference to the “F..... S...........” report. Therefore, the Commissioner of Police, NSW Police, may become involved.

I have asked you to investigate this matter for me, and I would appreciate some form of advice, advising me what the present stage that the forensic enquiries have reached.
