Agreed superox everyone does have their own dog stories, some learn from them and become stronger from it and some don't and repeat the mistake over and over. I think for every trade or investment made, risk and reward have to be clearly defined and planned. Ie stops and targets. The discipline is then applying this plan in the face of strong controlling emotions such a fear and greed.
