I am with TDA on this. The allotment to "sophisticated investors" very quickly started to look like a crap deal as the sp crashed down to 12c soon after it was completed ie 18MAR13 (for a number of reasons). It then stayed down there in the pits for about four months, causing our own offer (to existing holders) to be pulled.

As stands if I had any spare money I would have been in there buying at 12c when it hit the low(such is my ongoing faith), but certainly I would not be sitting on a bunch of money to now take up an offer around 30c. No more money is in part as I also overimbibed in the "Kool Aid" earlier 40c offer.

I don't doubt Dr Carrington's bona fides, but think recent sp history needs to be taken into account and the liklihood of getting a replacement offer of the same size away with current holders; I would say the prospects are nil. So I will be voting my own shares thanks.
