Fakie, IMO a Mantle and Shanghai Electric JV in LV is a low probability at this point.
Don't get me wrong, I am really hoping that it plays out that way, and it appears to be a possibility based on some of the links we've found over past couple of months.
However I would like to point out for any new readers to the Mantle threads that it is pure speculation at this stage and really it is only due to a few small coincidences that a few of us are thinking it's a possibility.
It seems likely that Mantle are in early confidential talks with someone regarding development of the "Yalungah" resource, but even that is speculation.
Still, at MNM's current SP it could well be within some investors risk tolerance to invest on that speculation alone, without taking into account all the other projects Mantle is currently working towards developing.
