Very interesting little business they got here, the new acquisition of check-in.com.au was doing $50m worth of room sales in the last 12 months to its various hotel partners.
The latest market update suggests the website is growing in audience and in hotel partners wanting to list there rooms for sale on the website.
Looks like a good growth story in the marking.
Going on those past figures before the growth of $50 million revenue, assuming we only get 3% as our fee for lising that's still $1.5m in revenue for a low cost business model.
Easy to see profits wont be far away.
Will be interesting to find out what our fees are for these hotels to list. My guess is anywhere from 2-5%.
Looks like a good growth business to me.
