    Appreciate your view based on your experience. I am not sure where you got the impression that I thought PLV management did something EXTRAORDINARY. I believe the term was ‘competent’ with the added proviso of ‘time will tell’...

    Yes management are critical, thats why I am giving the relatively new board and CEO a chance to prove their competence.
