ausheds, you could, but I'm not sure that it's valid to do so yet. The 7th June ann said it had reached 100% of nameplate, but we all know what the production figures were for that quarter, in spite of a five month ramp up from commissioning (7th January report), and first products for customers on 27th Feb.
We won't know until Jan 31st 2014, methinks, and maybe not then, but I wouldn't be surprised if "partial" is not appropriate.
