My take on this deal is that TNG essentially paid for the development of TIVAN and that METS were the consultants who did the work and developed the process. The 25% cut for METS is for their "intellectual property" employed in developing TIVAN. The bottom line is that TNG have put up the lions share of funding in developing TIVAN and should therefore get the majority benefit.
