It most certainly is.
Should a superior offer arise whereby more than 30% of the issued stock are offered, there will be a $1m break fee payable by DML should they recommend it to shareholders.
By way of break fees, this is a very small & nominal amount.
Note that we will also be receiving an independent report on the current offer as assess if it is in the best interest of shareholders.
