    Was at the agm today. Very exciting year ahead for this company. Seems the applera thing is a done deal and that there is no question a settlement has been reached. The delay in ann. related to US courts imposing confidentiality on all parties until all support documentation is complete. The chairman certainly seemed pleased with himself and the deal. I am holding and feel very confident!! Think I will buy some more tomorrow at these bargain prices.
