Unfortunately Dart was in a weak position at the negotiating table. The capital raising was supposed to address that though. I hope they get more cash upfront. Considering Centrica paid Cuadrilla $70m for 25% of one licence, $100m for 30% with free carry for all UK shale licences is feasible. That would be enough to get UK and ID CBM up and running and see some real cash generation. We won't have any lame predators stalking after that.
