re: Ann: LNC to Seek Listing on the Singapore... This latest news just about sums up the company.
It had so much potential but has been run so badly that they now need to go down this path.

Clearly with Cedar Point well 1 now having problems they know that to spend more money on Alaska, Shale and Teresa the company would have run out of cash by Dec214.
As there was no way they could of raised more debt there only option would of been a capital raising which PB would never of done as he doesn't have sufficent funds to fully participate in any CR.

If the assets are really worth what they claim then why don't they just sell the US oil for $600M, Teresa for $1B the Shale for $1B and Alaska for another $1B.
The answer is assets are only worth what someone is willing to pay and clearly nobody is willing to pay anything like the numbers Linc claim each asset is worth.

I really feel sorry for some of the loyal long term shareholders like MrMcgee and others as they are going to get a raw deal out of this.
