    LNC is already dual listed on OTCQX as LNCGY.
    OTCQX states " OTCQX separates out the credible companies from the large number of economically distressed and questionable companies that trade OTC" LOL.

    From todays ann..."LNC would no longer be subject to ASX listing rules, however it would continue to be bound by the Corporations Act and its continuous disclosure requirements".
    "the companies headquarters will remain in Brisbane"
