our chief down rampers who hold no stock but keen to find out what is really going on. Even indicate directors may incur 5 years of penalties. Gee wizz.

Lets focus on the facts guys.

Marion is alive and well. All past debts cleared. The company has a backer. There is cash in its bank account. Wells will come into production.

The company will relist...fact.

As previously indicated its taking much longer than directors anticipated in completing all the required compliance. That does not mean its doomed.

I am still anticipating a relisting THIS year. I do not know as yet the date of the AGM. No doubt the CEO will advise us all in good time.

So for now keep on repeating historic failures. I in turn will look forward to the future.
