Misty, you are correct,Abbott does not have a mandate to do whatever he wants,BUT, he does have a mandate to repeal the carbon tax and mining tax. Those 2 committments were well advertised during the election campaign. The LNP won in a landslide with voters well aware what the LNP stood for and what they were going to do re those 2 taxes. Even a schoolkid could understand why Abbott has a mandate. You obviously can't understand this,perhaps you have been affected mentally due to the election whitewash.
