Correct me if iam wrong but if they send the drill down again they will be removing mud not re-drilling. Although this will cost money it shouldnt be as slow as drilling fresh ground.
If they have 100 barrels of oil, wouldnt you want to get it after spending 70 million. If they spendanother 5-10 million to make a billion isnt that good maths.
