Thats the way i read it also.
That means shareholders are being diluted 100% to cancel out option holders.
My original calculation was correct.
That means there will be 300m shares on offer and around 2.5c SP.
I know I will be taking up the option offer if it gets through. This is a good deal for option holders, not so much for shareholders. If it is correct.
If you have 1m shares and 1m options
After consolidation you will have
250k options to shares and 100k shares.
Therefore you will have 350k shares.
Does this sound right?
