A big correction is possible I hope it doesn't happen but it has happened overseas .Prices in USA took a massive tumble in some areas and JAPAN took a big hit from boom prices some years ago,so we cant say it wont happen here.Overseas buyers especially Chinese are effecting the Sydney market in the higher priced surburbs.
