Neil Youren has single handedly made this company terminally ill in my view with his scurrying around at the 11th hour.
Spotted like a rat in the kitchen, he had no mney to give us despite the promise of it coming within two weeks.
He was caught with his pants down...and ESI didn't seem to question it, didn't put up a fight, outstretched it's amicable writing hand to extend things in favour of
Youren....and like a good dog, just accepted the fate of giving an outside entity so much power over our shareprices direction. We handed over our power and it is disgusting of managemetn to have allowed it to go ahead.
Why would we do that without putting a 'non-conditional'clause in? Hold on...we did.
So why aren'we suing someones arse right now? Pathetic.

Yes, we have been poisoned by the shaking hands of management and Neil Youren who never saw it fit to put a deadline on the contract so we could sue if the deadline wasn't met...(hold on, i need to remind myself again that we did put in such a clause and so this is looking like outstandingly INCOMPETENT contracting/dealing and terribly bad diligence which i hope doesn't become the EXACT reaSON WHY WE GET KNOCKED BACK BY THE aldp - MAYEB THEY CAN SEE WE CAN'T FOLLOW THROUGH DUE TO OUR OWN ISSUES of poor sales ability).
ROFL...it ould well be the case for all we know. One must instill confidence in a buyer and right now we are hoping the ALDP BUY us. Why would they if we can't pay tax in the end because we can't close deals and get money in, even when we have unconditional contracts in place!!
Maybe ALDP see us as weak and incapable after all these years.
But here is nothing to say a cure won't come for the poisoned share price (poisoned by whos hand?) and hopefully Youren, the poisoner in my view, has the antidote in his pocket. Yeah right. He had no money - all credit all talk imo. A REAL SALESMAN who duped some buyers of his promises.



Separately, one wonders if it would be feasible to deliberately cause a share PRICE COLLAPSE in order to make money from it by trading its butt off while it is in no-mans land.
A heavily financed manipulator could make money off our shares and give us money based on fleecing shareholders.

And separately, but somewhat related, again I can't believe that certain shareholders are letting the company/Youren get away with what has been going on brazenly for so long now - NO ABILITY TO CLOSE A DEAL .
- and our biggest shareholder has joined the esi board due to that weakness in my opinion.


Wondering why...shaking head... hear noise but see only apathy from share holders who obviously don't understand the simplicities and complexities alike withinth a deal making process.
We will get what we sow and right now we are sowing a bad deal with an untrustworthy man who has made many promises with us (even EXTENDED promises) and we are sowing a history that has never been taken to court for failing to achieve them with US...bit which is already growing into a BIG TREE ofg resentment by unsatisfied shareholders.

Sack them all in my opinion. They have all achieved mere promises and hopes wrapped in excuses...what are they, 2yr old excuses now?
Keep swallowing it shareholders...soon the taste will hit you but my sincere fear is that it may be too late and by way of not having acted against management there is no time to put in a plan B, whih also was neglected by management in my view (otherwise it would have been bragged about in some announcement regarding some imminent reality).

BRING BACK KOZ. The rest are a team, he was an individual.
Individuals admit errors, whereas teams HIDE THEM.
