'that's if instos release the brakes'
WTF is all this? Seriously if one lives in hope that some super insto club is holding the SP down so they can sell into any good news, well one has been reading too many spy novels.
Why are instos holding / pushing the price down? Generally for one of two reasons A) they believe the SP is overvalued and so it is normal trading, or B) they smell a CR or another refinancing coming along. There are other cases, but with 2B shares and most in free float it would be hard work to hold the prices against the market if there were any volume of serious LT buyers out there at current prices.
