This company has lost more than a billion dollars in market cap in the last three days.

Could be just a major trading crash after a 3,000% run in the last year. The CKA takeover probably not a major factor given it's only $145 million.

There is also some discussion about director actions etc.

Normally I wouldn't pay much attention but such an epic fall could have repercussions on DML.
