re: Ann: EPW: ERM Power rejects Empire's ... I sent mine at 2:53pm AEST, got an email at 8:18pm saying they'll respond on the next business day.

I presume that their emails are answered from the head office in Queensland so won't be until Tuesday as they have their Labour Day public holiday on Monday.


From ERM's announcement today:

ERM Power’s move to strengthen the Empire Board is in response to continual project cost overruns and time delays


That wording suggests to me that there are more cost overruns than most of us know about.
