You are not the only one that got it wrong mate. You can rest assured of that. My stupid self is one of them.
But, I refuse to pump something up, when I can't see anything there worth pumping up.

It has to come from Management, they are the ones that will have to do the pumping, and encourage us to do the same.... full stop.

When that will happen, I will restart doing that same thing myself.... again.

At present, we have the big man mentality and ideas, with the poor man's pockets. Just think about it, and just think at what I am trying to say.

There is an old saying back where I came from that goes along these lines.... Pulcinella, (A classic character and comedian), used to look inside a restaurant through a glass window while being very hungry, and say OHHH ... only for the lack of money I could have had some of the best meals imaginable.!! :-)
