I have assumed that the tiny volumes and a decrease in sp has been caused by the debt ceiling fiasco. Most people have stayed away from the market but a few have been forced to convert their shares to cash, even though the sp is lower than it should be and lower than it will be in the next few months.

Can you help out the less experienced amongst us? What do you think is being back tested? Is there more shorting coming? With the Eis looking to get approval, significantly de risking the springsure project what angle would the shortens be looking to use?
