Note also that the article above needs to be read accurately. Apart from the fact it was a politicians answer, 50% of the French power demands for 2025 is a HUGE increase to existing demand. In addition, the politicians answer carefully sidestepped that France supplies a significant amount of EU energy demands. No comment there about those responsibilities and what mix of energy source there. In other words, France will require a huge amount of fuel for the reactors in the next 10, 20, 30+ years. Overall, a good positive story showing France's commitment to nuclear power. Thanks for that.
