I need help also.
I have HP Pavilion 20 - Windows 8, and hate it. Previously had Windows Vista, which IMHO was much better.
I often have trouble downloading emails, with the message to the effect that it cannot be downloaded, and do I want to do so in another App and save. Cannot do so. Have had a message that I need "Home Office, etc" programme, which costs money. Any clues ???
