Secondly, CHF has barely got a mention from TEVA, and this means that for the last 2 years it hasn't been a priority which in turn means that it's not the most important trial for them. On point 2. If your a serious investor you would know that Insto's who invest millions, also hedge their investments. So don't assume just because we raised more capital that its all good. Have a look at LOM, a diamond mining company, I've been looking at this one for years, I think it's a dog, it continues to raise capital and has close to 1 billion in shares, how does this company continue to raise Money? Even if it finds something, with the amount of shares it has in the market, it's not a great investment, but it can still pull in money. Don't assume because MSB has pulled in $170 million that its a sure thing.

Another reason to hold the company accountable is Phase 2 results of diabetes, these were to be out in 3rd qtr, where are they?

To many people are attached to this stock emotionally, like a football team, talking crap about professor never making the wrong moves, we are 10 years ahead of the game, bla bla bla, what a load of Crap!! Invest with your head not your heart.
