I read that there won't be any room on the line for Atlas if Brockman is granted access. They will not be able to negotiate any access deal with Atlas until this is sorted - "Brockman Resources wants to use FMG's rail in the Pilbara but Fortescue says the proposed allocation, of 20 million tonnes, would block others from using the line."
