Your bank is the one that sets the limit.
I had a few years back had a 5k limit and changed it to 10k, then changed it again last year too a 100k which also at the same time changed my limit to Bank trns as well but not to the same I think the limit on that went from 3k to 20k. I also got a token thingy like a remote control which I have to give it another pin number so when I use Inet banking I have 3 pin numbers on any amount.
