Obviously the news is great, however it does look like Blackrock are getting a pretty good return on their investment.

c. $3 million pa return for stage 1 alone. So their capital will be repaid within 4 years from the date we go into production.

In saying that, I would expect them to make some decent money and very happy to get the funding, however would have greatly preferred it to be restricted to Stage 1 or atleast reduced to say 1%.
