Of course I dont want cross the privacy rights..Each person do what they want..
But if I'm entitle to ask you(and of course if uyou dont want just dont do it),can uyou please (on top to write here) send an email to JW or SH ? Say that to them..make them aware.. preassure tham..Make them undersdand that "on top of myself" that they receive reasonable frequently emails and calls..you also are not happy and for sure exist a bunch of people (long and short term holders) that just dont feel happy.
That preassure maybe can make them review if its the cvase of increase wages or much mopre than that, if its not the case to really address the main causes that is causing the share prices down.
