Pezza.... I would have thought that releasing announcements after market is the RIGHT thing to do. Gives all market followers (holders and non-holders) ample time to see and review the announcement. And then act accordingly.

I don't think many will back you up here. I would like all price sensitive market announcements to be released when the market is closed. A lot fairer for those who aren't able to watch the market all day. But that would obviously affect disclosure rules.

And secondly, your views on triallists are absurd. They are clearly called out as non-paying subscribers. You'd be right if they reported only one 'customer' number but they clearly separate out the non-payers!

Your first point you want market clarity from QFX... Your second point, you want them to withhold sensitive information regarding customers accessing the service!
