It's already almost 2 years since MMK offer.
Despite all the alternate parties who were apparently really interested , at the end of the day, what has been achieved since then?
MD apparently needed to be replaced with someone with the suitable experience to negotiate a deal to its conclusion. Yet, no one was actually appointed. What does that say, you have to wonder?
