Dear Mr Coutinho,
Considering your experience during decades in Brazil as a president of Petrobras one of largets oil companies in world,can you tell us if the JV Brazil is taking the reasonable time to strike a deal, or this is becaming like Grace? "several interest parties but no one puting money in " ?
