Using the formula given for temperature change with increasing CO2 concentration:
T = T0 + s / ln(2) * ln(C / C0))
(http://www.pik-potsdam.de/~victor/recent/scheffer_etal_T_CO2_GRL_in_press.pdf_
T - temp (dependent var)
T0 = initial temp
s = sensitivity (estimated between 1.5 and 4.5 degrees)
C = CO2 conc (independent var)
C0 = initial CO2 conc
Gives some interesting results (T0 = 0 in this case).
The number in the first row are the values used for the value s (sensitivity). Notice the large increase in temp if the sensitivity is at the high range. 4.0 is probably an unrealistic value I would hope...!
